JESSICA NASH - Cohesion Foundation Officer, Secretary of the Board
Jessica Nash is an area philanthropist and influencer. A majority of her working career was spent as Director of Communications for Pelotonia, one of the nation’s largest cycling fundraising events to benefit cancer research, and with Wheels Up, a company connecting flyers to private aircraft resources. As the wife of former NHL professional hockey player, Rick Nash, Jessica has worked on the Silent Auction Committee for Columbus Blue Jackets’ fundraisers and also teamed up with New York Rangers players wives and families in initiatives for the Ronald McDonald House New York.
Jessica’s understanding of non-profit operations and life with a focus on athletics made her the perfect complement to the Cohesion Foundation Board.
“A life of making a difference in the community is grounded in one important virtue: caring about the people around us. I have a heart to ensure young people in sports have positive influences to guide them in their decision making and personal brand. Involvement with Cohesion is a natural draw for me because of my work with athletic initiatives in Columbus around the Columbus Blue Jackets, Pelotonia, Columbus Academy, as well as other organizations. Cohesion is just the answer at the right time for Ohio State's student- athletes.”
