Cohesion Foundation athletes are on their way to making a BIG impact in the community. As an Ohio State athlete, you can make a difference in charitable organizations and community events by partnering with Cohesion Foundation and enjoy monetized benefits through your Name, Image and Likeness.
Cohesion Foundation provides a cutting-edge way to connect current student-athletes to charities to provide charities with free marketing regarding their mission, purposes and events. "Team Cohesion" athletes are compensated for their services through purpose-driven NIL opportunities.
Cohesion aspires to help develop an Ohio State student-athlete community where purpose-driven NIL commitments are available to all 1,000 athletes, across all 36 varsity sports. We are proud of the Cohesion athletes’ accomplishments on-and-off the field!

- My family has had a major impact in my career on-and-off the field. My dad (Ponce Deleon Faletoi) and my grandpa (Junior Tuimoloau) have played a big role in my athletic career from a young age.

- My parents have been the most impactful people throughout my athletic career. Their unconditional love and support have allowed me to chase my dreams. Without my Mom and Dad, I would never have been able to reach my goals.

- Don’t take your sport too seriously. I think the more you can have fun while competing the more you keep it in perspective. Really, it is just the game or event you loved as a kid, it is just a place where I can compete amongst my best friends, that love and passion is what drives the best, not perfection.
Who’s had the greatest impact in your athletic career?
- I have been very fortunate to have an amazing support system between coaches, trainers, friends, and family. My parents and brother have had the greatest impact in my athletic career because of their constant support. It was always my decision whether I want to do it or not, but they gave me every opportunity to achieve my dreams.

- I love to shop, cook and hangout with friends and family:)
- A good coffee shop by myself always hits home as well.

- There are countless people who have had an impact and helped me turn my dream of playing college hockey into a reality, especially my parents. I have been very fortunate to have their unwavering support and love since I was just a little kid learning how to tie my skates. I will be forever grateful for their sacrifice in helping me chase and achieve my goals.
